Job Description

The successful candidate will lead efforts to characterize protein-small molecule interactions and their functional consequences in cellular systems. Responsibilities will include expression and purification of recombinant proteins, quantitative analysis of ligand binding using techniques such as isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC), and evaluation of target engagement in live cells using NanoBRET-based assays. The candidate will also assess protein levels and degradation using Western blotting and luminescence-based methods, including the HiBiT system (Promega). A Ph.D. degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics, biology, or a related discipline.
