job summary: Responsible for operating and maintaining flow cytometry analyzers and cell sorters, including instrument setup, quality control, monitoring runs, and routine maintenance. Designs and optimizes multiparameter panels for conventional and full-spectrum cytometry. Provides user training and support in a high-throughput shared lab environment while ensuring compliance with BSL-2+ safety standards.
