Key Responsibilities Prepare buffers and media. Operate bioprocess equipment. Monitor process parameters. Complete batch records. Collect in-process samples. Clean and sanitize equipment. Follow aseptic techniques. Participate in shift handoffs. Education Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or Chemistry preferred. Mandatory Skills GMP knowledge. Documentation skills. Basic microbiology knowledge. Computer literacy. Team collaboration. Experience Required Biotech manufacturing preferred. Pharmaceutical production experience is a plus.
