  • Full-time Job Description Seeking an experienced qPCR Specialist with minimum 2 years hands-on expertise in quantitative PCR and RT-qPCR assays.
Key Responsibilities Design, optimize, and execute qPCR/RT-qPCR experiments Perform RNA/DNA extraction, quality control, and sample preparation Analyze data using QuantStudio, CFX Manager, or similar software (Ct values, standard curves, relative quantification) Troubleshoot assay issues and maintain laboratory instruments Document results according to lab protocols and regulatory standards Requirements Minimum 2 years proven hands-on qPCR experience in research or industry Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biology, or related field Strong knowledge of primer/probe design and assay validation Experience with data analysis and statistical interpretation Ability to work independently and in a team environment
