The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Type Full-Time/Regular The Research Technician 1 will support laboratory investigations involving viral immunology, immunological assays, molecular biology techniques, and pathogenesis studies in animal models. Responsibilities include assisting with sample preparation and processing, supporting animal husbandry activities, carrying out established laboratory procedures in accordance with biosafety requirements, and maintaining compliance with institutional laboratory safety standards and operational protocols. The position will contribute to research workflows through execution of established experimental procedures, organization of laboratory materials and supplies, and support of day-to-day laboratory operations under the guidance of the principal investigator and laboratory staff. Additional responsibilities include laboratory supply ordering, maintenance of research records, and support of animal model based pathogenesis studies conducted by the research team. Required Skills Bachelor's and 0-12 months.
