Responsibilities Performs aquatic laboratory or field testing and procedures according to prescribed non-complex standards. Examines materials using lab or field apparatus. May analyze organic substances, such as blood, food, and drugs. Records test results on standard forms, writes test reports, prepares graphs and charts, cleans and sterilizes lab equipment, and may prepare chemical solutions according to standard formulae. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
