We are passionate about science with purpose and making a difference in global healthcare. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing daily tasks such as developing and implementing diagnostic testing procedures, analyzing clinical data, and generating reliable test results. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support research and development projects, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting with quality control processes in compliance with clinical standards. Qualifications Proficiency in molecular diagnostic techniques such as PCR, NGS, and related methodologies Strong analytical skills for clinical data interpretation and test result validation Experience with laboratory quality control, regulatory compliance, and documentation standards Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment A degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred) Familiarity with CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited lab environments is a plus Commitment to ethical practices and patient-centered care Keywords time-and-attendance non-disclosure-agreement-nda certificate-authority-ca testing-and-analysis sensors-test-measurement research-and-development-test training-and-development quality-control compliance molecular-diagnostics real-time-polymerase-chain-reaction-real-time-pcr next-generation-sequencing laboratory-quality-control regulatory-compliance environment-health-and-safety-hsse ecology-environment molecular-biology compliance-assistance-program-cap policies-and-practices patient-care
