Job Description
Must have experience with:
1. Crop physiological analysis. 2. Infrared gas analysis of leaf and soil CO2 fluxes. 3. Analysis of soil N2O emissions.Preferred Qualifications Experience with:
1. Team science. 2. Designing and conducting replicated field experiments. 3. Advanced statistical and/or machine learning analysis. 4. Substantial post-doctoral experience in photosynthetic crop research. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Extensive knowledge of CO2 and N2O fluxes, field experiments, nitrogen analysis. Must be able to communicate effectively with others. Ability to work in a complex and challenging environment, both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team. Must possess critical thinking and problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to efficiently execute project tasks. Preferred experience with statistical analysis of large datasets. Appointment Information This is a 100% full-time Academic Professional position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after 5/18/2026. The budgeted salary range is $62,000 to $72,000. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity. This position is eligible for sponsorship for work authorization, except for sponsorship of a new H1B petition that would incur the $100,000 fee.
