Scientist I, Molecular Biology

ModeX Therapeutics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scientist I with experience in developing innovative technology and biotherapeutics. The position requires expertise in vector systems, gene delivery and multispecific antibody therapeutic research. Key Responsibilities:

. Execute research experiments such as DNA vector construction, mRNA production, protein expression/purification, in vitro assays and in vivo models to evaluate efficacy of novel gene delivery technology or biotherapeutics. . The individual will work in our state-of-the-art laboratory and be responsible for experimental planning and execution, data analysis and presentation.

. B.S. or M.S. in molecular biology, immunology, cancer biology or related field o

Scientist I:

12+ years of working experience in academia or industry . Expertise in molecular biology, gene delivery, immunology, and immunoassay . Hands-on experience in molecular cloning, gene delivery using mRNA/LNP or DNA/LNP, cell culture (including primary cell lines), protein expression/purification, multi-color flow cytometry, T cell-based assays and immunological techniques (ICS, ELISA, Luminex, cytotoxicity, immunoblotting, etc.) . Experience in lab management will be a plus . Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and data analysis skills . Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving skills .
