Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education:
Ability to communicate effectively, ability to maintain lab notes and analyze data, ability to generate effective powerpoint presentations. Duties and Responsibilities Learn about plasmid DNA and cloning and CRISPR technologies, cell culture, as well as mouse handling and restraint. Watch and assist senior researchers in the lab setting and perform the learned techniques including mouse handling and restraint and animal husbandry and breeding. Prepare graphs of data analysis. Prepare powerpoint presentations of results and data.
