This position is currently based in Piedmont and will relocate to our new Perkins location. Join us as we grow and build our team! Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Professional Service Reproductive Technician to join our team and support advanced reproductive technologies in livestock IVF programs. In this role, you will represent the company in on-farm environments, delivering reproductive services such as embryo transfer (ET), ovum pickup (OPU), and reproductive evaluations. The ideal candidate is passionate about bovine reproduction, enjoys hands-on fieldwork, and is committed to delivering high-quality service to clients while helping achieve reproductive and production goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform ultrasound-guided transvaginal ovum pickup (OPU) procedures and embryo transfer (ET) procedures in donor and recipient cattle. Use synchronization and superovulation protocols for donor and recipient animals. Utilize ultrasonography to determine pregnancy status, evaluate fetal viability, and determine fetal sex when applicable. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication and high-quality service. Collaborate with laboratory, veterinary, and management teams to support operational efficiency and client success. Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures performed in the field. Assist with training and implementation of new reproductive technologies and procedures when needed. Required Skills & Experience Passion for bovine reproduction and advanced reproductive technologies. Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced field environment and perform delicate reproductive procedures. Strong communication skills and professional interaction with clients and team members. Ability to travel extensively based on operational and client service needs. Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with embryo transfer (ET), ovum pickup (OPU), IVF, or related reproductive technologies. Experience using ultrasonography and implementing synchronization protocols. Background in animal science, veterinary medicine, or related agricultural disciplines. Ability to adapt to varying on-farm environments and conditions. Experience working directly with cattle producers and reproductive service clients. Work Environment & Requirements Primarily field-based work at livestock operations, requiring frequent travel and schedule flexibility. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and extended periods working on farms and ranches. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
