Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all andrology procedures including Semen Analysis (SA), semen cryo, IUI, and IVF sperm prepare.
  • Participate in all day-to-day operations of the clinical andrology and embryology services.
  • Prepare paperwork, check-in patients, and escort patients to the collection room and provide instructions for patients.
  • Review and check all specimens for correct identification and handling procedures to ensure no misidentified specimens.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports and correspondence
  • Follow all in-house policies and procedures.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with embryologists, physicians, nursing, coordinating and support teams to maintain the highest standards of patient best care.
Qualifications Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in science, (i.e. Biology, Animal Science or related field), CLS (Clinical Laboratory Scientist) license preferred, but is not required
  • Possess sound knowledge of Sterile Technique Requirements
  • Be able to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends (rotating)
  • Be able to drive to main lab and/or another satellite office location as needed
  • Possess impeccable communication skills, with an ability to communicate accurately and concisely, both verbally and written
  • Be team-centric, team player, detail oriented and highly organized Key Skills & Competencies
