Wages :

Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $21.00 - $25.00

Responsibilities :

What you'll learn: Engine fundamentals Hydraulics and fuel systems Electrical systems Transmissions and torque converters Undercarriage and final drives And more on Caterpillar equipment across construction, agriculture, and earthmoving What you can expect: Mentorship from experienced technicians Hands-on experience with advanced equipment A supportive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications :

High School diploma or GED. High school seniors getting ready to graduate from high school are also eligible to apply. Minimum three letters of recommendation. Mechanical aptitude test Completion of ThinkBIG interview.
