Medical, Dental Vison and Life Insurance Role Overview BEPC Inc. is seeking a Gas & Chemical Technician to support a client operating within a high-tech manufacturing environment in Santa Clara/Sunnyvale. This role is critical to the safe and reliable operation of gas, chemical, and slurry distribution systems supporting over 2,000 pieces of equipment across approximately 11 buildings. The ideal candidate brings hands-on technical expertise, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to respond effectively in both routine and emergency situations. Key Responsibilities Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair gas, chemical, and slurry distribution systems Perform container changes and ensure proper handling of hazardous materials Execute preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to minimize downtime Write, review, and follow detailed operating and maintenance procedures Respond to system alarms, incidents, and emergency situations as required Support site projects, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Maintain accurate documentation and maintenance records Qualifications Experience supporting gas, chemical, or slurry distribution systems in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and repair skills Knowledge of safety protocols related to hazardous gases and chemicals Ability to follow and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment Willingness to work rotating or compressed shifts after training

Contract Details Pay Rate:

$28.00/hour

Schedule:

Training period (first 2-3 months): Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM
