Role Overview:

BEPC is seeking a Gas Technician to support gas and chemical operations for our client. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background in gas, chemical, or slurry systems who are looking to grow through comprehensive on-the-job training. You will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of critical equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform operation and maintenance of gas, chemical, and slurry systems Execute cylinder and drum change-outs in accordance with safety protocols Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair system and equipment issues Support preventative maintenance and sustaining operations Assist with project-based work and system improvements Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and operational procedures Participate in emergency preparedness and response activities Complete documentation and training as required

Qualifications:

Experience working with gas, chemical, or slurry equipment (semiconductor or similar industry preferred) Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and repair capabilities Strong commitment to safety and quality standards Ability to work across multiple buildings and adapt to changing priorities Willingness to learn through hands-on training (OJT provided) Strong communication and teamwork skills
