Together, we're building the future we all aspire to - making net zero a reality. Role Overview Mitsubishi Power is hiring a Fuel Nozzle Technician in the Orlando Service Center. The Fuel Nozzle Technician will disassemble, inspect, and assemble fuel nozzles, to ensure they meet internal and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Demonstrates our core competencies: Action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self & others, and ownership Read, interpret and perform all operations as necessary per drawings and/or work instructions; General knowledge of all other shop processes; Multi-task in a fast paced manufacturing environment and does so with minimal supervision; Perform TPMs on equipment; Perform visual inspections to examine for defects / damage; Perform pressure testing operations; Perform inspection with devices such as borescopes, micrometers, calipers, and torque wrenches; Repair parts as instructed using specified hand tools and mechanical devices; Load/unload parts into chemical tanks and monitor/maintain tanks during cleaning/testing operations;
Requirements Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent, plus at least one year of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Communication Skills:
Able to read and understand basic instructions, write simple correspondence, and effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group settings.
Math Skills:
Proficient in basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Problem-Solving:
Capable of applying common sense to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions and resolve routine problems involving multiple variables.
Computer Proficiency:
Basic skills in using personal computers and common software applications such as email, word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics. Why Should You Apply?
