Job Description

Physical Chemical Inventory Assistant Full Time 4x10s, Temporary Various facilities at the Idaho National Laboratory, Idaho Falls, ID, US Must be a U.S. Citizen Eligible to work at a
DOE Facility Duties and Responsibilities:
Entry-level position responsible for coordinating and conducting physical chemical inventories with facility chemical coordinators. Tasks will include scanning individual container barcodes, verifying container information alongside the chemical coordinator: chemical name, quantity and unit of measure, container type, storage temperature and pressure. Other tasks may include helping identify appropriate chemical owners for existing chemical containers that do not have an active employee assigned. Research SDSs for chemical containers found during the physical inventory. Submit chemical order requests.
Supervision:
Requires close supervision with regular review of work. Minimum Qualification Requirements (Education/Experience): High School Diploma/GED <1 year experience in related field Must be proficient in Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Excel, other Microsoft Office applications.
