- 10 Years Support endâ€`toâ€`end OTT tax processing workflows, including data ingestion, tax computation, allocations, and fiduciary filing Perform production support activities, including incident handling, defect analysis, and operational stability during processing cycles Execute code fixes, configuration changes, and limited enhancements using the defined technical skill set (.NET / .NET Core, SQL Server/Oracle, batch jobs, configurations) Configure and support trust setup, beneficiary allocations, and tax computation processes Assist in delivering annual IRS regulatory changes, form updates, and taxâ€`season readiness activities Perform reconciliation, issue analysis, and support tax and filing error resolution,Support compliance deadlines and critical processing windows.
