HVAC Instructor Experienced Professionals Needed

HVAC Instructor - Full-Time/Part-Time - Day or Evening Shift All-State Career School in West Mifflin, PA, seeks an experienced HVAC Technician to join our Team as a Full-Time or Part-Time Instructor. All-State Career School is proud to have trained more than 2,000 HVAC technicians in the greater Pittsburgh area, and our growing program requires additional professionals to help teach the next generation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a faculty member, you will be teaching in the Classroom and assisting students in the HVAC training lab Monitors access to the training lab Opens and prepares lab for the daily procedures Keeps laboratory clean and stocked with supplies Assists students in clinical lab procedures to ensure proficiency Assists the instructor with all facets of safety and OSHA compliance Prepares the lab for the next class session Cleans and closes lab Maintains regular and reliable attendance

Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:

Experience as an HVAC professional with current certifications Expertise in interpersonal and oral presentation/written communication skills. Ability to follow through on instructions given in a timely manner and work effectively and collaboratively with others. Minimum of 2 years of industry experience or recent graduate from a related postsecondary program Diploma/degree in the specific discipline Strong communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills All-State Career School offers our HVAC program during the days and evenings. We are hiring experienced instructors for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions. This is a flexible position, and great for an experienced technician who wants to share their knowledge of the industry with the next generation of technicians.
