Analytical Chemist (Method Development & Validation) Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Analytical Chemist to support complex drug substance and drug product programs in a regulated laboratory environment. This role is responsible for hands-on analytical method development, validation, and execution across both small and large molecule programs. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven setting, and is comfortable working independently while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Develop, validate, and execute analytical methods using techniques such as HPLC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, ICP-MS, ELISA, and MSD Perform sample analysis for small and large molecules across multiple phases of development while adhering to strict timelines Independently author, review, and execute: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Analytical methods Validation protocols Final client reports Ensure all activities are compliant with GMP/GLP regulatory requirements Critically review raw data for accuracy, integrity, and compliance , operating with minimal supervision Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on analytical instrumentation to support uninterrupted operations Manage consumables, reagents, and equipment needs to meet project timelines and budget requirements Support laboratory readiness for client audits and regulatory inspections , ensuring ongoing compliance Stay current on analytical chemistry advancements , contributing to continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related scientific field (advanced degree preferred) 3-7 years of hands-on experience in a GMP and/or GLP laboratory environment Direct experience with analytical method development, validation, and troubleshooting Strong knowledge of chromatographic and bioanalytical techniques Experience with Sciex
LC/MS/MS
