21 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors Responsibilities Responsibilities will also include collaborating with robotic platform operators to execute high-throughput cell-based & biochemical assays, in support of Company's small molecule therapeutic discovery research pipeline & platform projects. Additional tasks include general laboratory maintenance activities such as preparing media & buffers, ordering/ stocking reagents & consumables. Training will be provided to use Company's assay information management software applications (electronic lab notebook) and as needed utilization of laboratory instrumentation to deliver on job responsibilities.

Qualifications Education & Experience:

BS degree with mammalian cell culture experience is required.

Skills:

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, highly motivated, quick learners, and team players.

Background:

Strong background in life sciences, molecular & cellular biology, and/or biochemistry is a must.

Preferred Experience:

Experience developing and performing microtiter plate-based biochemical & cell-based assays (e.g., luminescence, TRF, ALPHA, high-content imaging).

Bonus Skills:

Software programming (Python) or AI agent (Copilot, ChatGPT) experience is beneficial but not required.
