Foundational understanding of laboratory practices including sample preparation, dilutions, and basic wet-chemistry techniques, with a willingness to build proficiency. Experience following written methods or SOPs with attention to detail and a focus on consistent execution. Basic familiarity with analytical concepts such as calibration, controls, and data quality, with a desire to further develop these skills. U.S. citizenship required. Preferred, But Not Required Exposure to elemental analysis techniques such as ICP-MS, ICP-OES, or related inorganic analytical methods. Familiarity with maintaining organized laboratory workflows, including sample tracking, labeling, and general lab operations. Exposure to a range of analytical instrumentation, such as LC-based systems, mass spectrometry, particle size analysis, or similar platforms.
