Sci., Chem. or related, & 5 yrs. exp. as a Jr. Officer, Sci., Assoc. Sci., Rsrch. Sci., Chem., Grp. Ldr., QC Analytical Chem. or related, preparing validation protocols & reports, & calibrating analytical instruments, incl. HPLCs. Must also have 1 yr. exp. leading a team of pharm. professionals in method development activities. Resumes to Chandra Kasireddy, Belcher Pharmaceuticals, 12393 S. Responsible for analytical method development and characterization for extended-release complex injectable dosage forms including liposomes, nano emulsions, polymer-based and in-situ forming depot injectable systems. Design stability-indicating methods to characterize polymer molecular weight distribution, degradation behavior, and drug-polymer interactions, enabling reliable performance and lifecycle management of long-acting parenteral products. Responsible for development and scientific justification of in-vitro release and dissolution methodologies for complex injectable dosage forms, including depots, nano-emulsions, and suspensions, enabling meaningful comparative performance evaluation and regulatory-defensible assessment of formulation equivalence. Design, optimize, and validate state-of-the-art peptide characterization workflows including circular dichroism (CD), intrinsic fluorescence spectroscopy, size exclusion chromatography combined with multi-angle light scattering (SEC-MALS), and dynamic light scattering (DLS) for structural and stability assessments. Execute advanced analytical characterization strategies for both small molecules, large and biologic therapeutic molecules with deep expertise in high order structure (HOS) analysis, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, sedimentation velocity analytical ultracentrifugation (SV-AUC), and Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. #LI-DNI
