Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Position Overview The Formulator Assistant will support the formulation and development of dietary supplement products while working closely with

QA/QC, R

D, and production teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to expand their hands-on experience in formulation, compliance, and product development within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with formulation processes for dietary supplements and nutraceutical products. Analyze ingredient overages based on testing methods and material availability. Review and maintain raw material specifications and supporting documentation. Conduct raw material qualification processes and support change control procedures. Generate new item codes and maintain product information within the Nutrac system. Coordinate with vendors to obtain required technical and compliance documentation. Create, update, and maintain master change control records. Collaborate with QA/QC teams to develop MMR specifications, including physical, chemical, and testing requirements. Assist with pilot batch evaluations and recommend formulation adjustments as needed. Provide temporary support for formulation leadership when necessary. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or nutraceutical industry. Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry preferred but not required. Strong understanding of GMP regulations and dietary supplement manufacturing standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
