As a Quality Control Operator, you'll be responsible for performing daily QC testing for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods. The primary focus is performing tasks which support QC processes to confirm that all products released for sale comply with the applicable specifications/quality requirements. Also responsible for data entry into the SAP system to maintain data for traceability and safety training. Must maintain high standards for environmental compliance, safety, and housekeeping.
Scope:
Perform daily QC task for testing and release of raw materials. Supporting manufacturing process by providing timely results of in-process testing and conducting final release testing. Maintain all safety and environmental standards for the QC lab. Perform all duties assigned in compliance with regulatory requirements. Works cooperatively and effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals, results, and participate in continuous improvements initiatives within areas of responsibility. Review of analytical data produced. Maintain accurate and concise records. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in science related field. Minimum of 2 year of experience working in analytical chemistry, primarily in a lab setting. Strong following with laboratory procedures. Sap experience, preferred. Computer skills (Excel, Word, Email and Teams) and basic office skills Ability to work with all levels of the organizational in professional manner. Attention to detail, ability to work in a busy environment with shifting priorities.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk and sit for extended periods of time. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to wear any Personal Protective Equipment as required. Ability to work safely in a chemical manufacturing environment. With SUSONITY, we are embracing a bold future - apply today!
