Chicago, IL Job Details $80,000 a year 12 hours ago Qualifications Pharmaceutical research experience Full Job Description About the Role A Chicago-based preclinical biotech is seeking an in-house Analytical Scientist to develop and validate analytical methods supporting its therapeutic pipeline. You'll build out core assay capabilities from the ground up, working closely with R D as the company advances toward IND-enabling studies. What You'll Do Develop and validate HPLC methods Perform particle characterization (light scattering-based techniques) Run and develop absorption-based assays and ELISAs Establish analytical method validation protocols and documentation Partner with R D and quality to ensure methods meet regulatory expectations What We're Looking For 5-10 years of analytical experience in drug development Hands-on experience with HPLC method development/validation Experience with light scattering and particle characterization techniques Experience with absorption spectroscopy and ELISA-based assays Comfortable as a hands-on IC in a small-company setting
