$25-28/hr DOE About the Opportunity Join a leading personal care/cosmetics manufacturer in Countryside, IL supporting routine analytical testing of raw materials in a fast-paced GMP laboratory environment. This is an excellent opportunity for recent science graduates looking to launch their career, as well as experienced lab technicians or chemists seeking a stable first-shift role. We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on laboratory work and want to grow within the cosmetics and personal care industry. What You'll Do Perform routine analytical testing on incoming raw materials used in cosmetic and personal care products. Prepare samples, standards, reagents, and solvents for testing. Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment. Calibrate laboratory equipment and perform daily quality control checks. Analyze and interpret test results and maintain accurate laboratory documentation. Support investigations, troubleshooting, and method validation activities as needed. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, GMP, and quality procedures. Collaborate with QC, QA, manufacturing, and R D teams on laboratory activities and special projects. What We're Looking For Required Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or related science field. Ability to work 1st shift Monday-Friday during standard business hours. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a laboratory environment. Preferred (but not required) Internship, academic lab, or industry experience in analytical chemistry or quality control. Experience with laboratory instrumentation such as chromatography, spectroscopy, or similar analytical techniques. Knowledge of GMP or regulated laboratory environments. INDBH
