$25-$30/hr DOE Entry-level/new graduates: starting around $25/hr Higher pay available for candidates with prior laboratory or analytical chemistry experience Position Overview We are seeking a motivated QC Chemist / Analytical Chemist to join a growing laboratory team supporting routine raw material testing and analytical laboratory operations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career scientists looking to gain hands-on industry laboratory experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented laboratory setting. Responsibilities Perform routine testing and analysis of raw materials using established analytical methods Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and equipment Prepare standards, reagents, solvents, and samples for testing Analyze and interpret laboratory data and document results accurately Perform routine calibration and quality control checks on laboratory equipment Support laboratory investigations, troubleshooting, and method improvement activities Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and reports Follow laboratory safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety standards Assist with laboratory organization, inventory, and general lab support activities Collaborate with laboratory staff and management to support operational goals Support special projects and additional laboratory activities as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or related scientific field required Entry-level candidates and recent graduates encouraged to apply Prior laboratory, QC, or analytical chemistry experience is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow SOPs and work in a structured laboratory environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Preferred Experience Experience with analytical instrumentation or techniques such as: Chromatography Spectroscopy Mass spectrometry Wet chemistry testing Laboratory quality systems Additional Information Candidates ranging from recent graduates to experienced analytical chemists will be considered Potential future opportunities may include off-shift or overnight schedules depending on business needs Immediate hiring need INDBH
