Supports research projects that address the technical objectives of the research group including measurement of surface activity, rheology and foaming characteristics, synthesis of new molecules and applications testing in a variety of different end use markets. Documents results in research reports and presents key finding in group meetings, departmental seminars and industry associate meetings. Interacts with manager and group members, and routinely interacts with other research groups in the local laboratory. Develops and maintains relationships within research group, LC R&D department, and possibly with contacts outside the R&D department, depending upon the domain of the job. Formal Education Ph.D. in Chemistry (preferred) or other physical science. Working Experience Ph.D. plus 1-2 years relevant experience is preferred. Typically regarded as the entry level job for new graduates.
