job summary: Are you ready to advance your scientific career and directly impact product lifecycle management? We are seeking a skilled Bench Scientist III to join our dynamic QC Product Technical Support team in Andover, MA. In this role, you will blend cutting-edge analytical laboratory testing with critical technical authoring to optimize biological products and champion cGMP compliance.

Analytical Execution & Optimization:
Troubleshoot, optimize, and validate analytical methods for biological products, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Technical Authoring:
Draft high-quality test methods, validation protocols, reports, and essential lifecycle documentation.
Investigation & Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve technical anomalies, instrument malfunctions, and method performance issues.
Project & Data Management:
Maintain pristine cGMP-compliant records while tracking timelines to ensure seamless cross-functional team execution.
qualifications:
Education:
B.S. or M.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of applicable lab experience with a B.S., or 3+ years with an M.S.
Industry Expertise:
Proven background in the biopharmaceutical industry, including method troubleshooting, laboratory investigations, and analytical method validation.
Technical Skills:
Deep familiarity with cGMPs, regulatory guidance, and hands-on experience with HPLC, CE, gel, and spectroscopy.
