Accepting Candidates About the role Join a bioanalytical team supporting drug discovery and development through hands-on analytical activities. The role focuses on

LC-MS/MS

, wet-lab sample preparation, method development, data analysis, and generation of high-quality project results. Key Responsibilities Conduct

LC-MS/MS

bioanalytical activities with minimal supervision. Perform wet-lab sample preparation and cleanup for drug analysis. Develop and implement project-specific bioanalytical methods . Process and interpret data; generate results, documentation, and reports. Collaborate across functions and communicate project progress and results. Support training and direction of junior staff as needed. Qualifications PhD Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biology , or a relevant field. Excellent knowledge of LC-MS/MS and sample preparation/cleanup . Experience with bioanalytical method development and implementation. Ability to interpret data and communicate technical results effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate cross-functionally. Compensation (MA Pay Transparency): Estimated hourly range: $60-$68/hr (W-2) . Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
