Full Time; Direct Hire •Relocation Assistance available for qualifying candidates•Job Responsibilities:
Execute technical leadership in the planning and analysis of experiments for method development, validation, and product characterization in alignment with ICH guidelines. Develop, validate and optimize LCMS methods for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs), specifically focusing on: Drug-to-Antibody Ratio (DAR) determination. Payload quantification for both free and conjugated forms. Linker stability and degradation profiling. Site-specific conjugation analysis. Perform intact mass analysis, peptide mapping, drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) determination, and payload identification. Characterize Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs) for critical quality attributes including conjugation sites, linker stability, and degradation products. Support cGMP manufacturing through in-process and release sample analysis. Author documentation, including test methods, protocols, and regulatory filings. Maintain LCMS systems (Orbitrap, Q-TOF, Triple Quad) and lead troubleshooting efforts. Enforce safety and quality standards across all laboratory activities. Communicate findings to internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies. Partner cross-functionally with Chemistry, QC, and Regulatory teams for project delivery. Mentor scientific staff to foster technical growth and knowledge sharing. Lead project priorities using strong organizational and leadership skills.Qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical/Biomedical Engineering or a related scientific field. 4+ years of hands-on industry experience in analytical method development, validation and characterization of bioconjugates and utilizing LCMS instrumentation for analyzing biologics, preferably Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs).Preferred qualification:
Experienced with CE-SDS, HIC, SEC, UV-Vis, fluorescence assays, and immunoassays (ELISA, ECL) for Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) analysis, including purity, DAR profiling, aggregation, payload quantification, and antibody detection.
