As an Analytical Chemist, you'll perform chemical analyses that support our customers, manufacturing operations, wastewater treatment, and new product development. Every day offers a variety of challenges, from testing customer samples and troubleshooting process chemistry to supporting research projects that help drive innovation. What You'll Do Analyze customer samples and prepare clear, accurate reports. Perform chemical analyses on raw materials, process chemicals, and finished products. Monitor and maintain wastewater treatment chemistry within permit requirements. Support commercial processing by troubleshooting salt bath and process chemistry. Assist with research and development projects to improve existing products and develop new technologies. Maintain laboratory equipment, records, and standard operating procedures. Work closely with Sales, Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, and customers to provide technical support. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. Two or more years of analytical laboratory experience. Experience with analytical techniques such as titrations, ICP-OES, ion chromatography, or similar instrumentation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, reliable results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
