This position plays a critical role in maintaining the functionality and efficiency of our research environment. Key responsibilities include managing laboratory inventory, ordering and expediting supplies, and ensuring the timely shipping and receiving of materials. The role also involves routine equipment maintenance, waste and biohazard management, and basic laboratory upkeep. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive laboratory space. Minimum Requirements Knowledge normally acquired from specialized training such as that acquired in one year of college, technical, vocational or trade school with coursework in basic Chemistry or Biology; up to six months of experience in a laboratory setting; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
