Audit for the R D teamPerform special projects and other assignments as directed by managerQualifications-Minimum of 5 years of R D experience in product formulation, ideally involving polymer compositions for automotive or industrial applications-Proven track record of successfully leading development projects from ideation through market introduction-Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams (e.g., EHS, Operations, Sales/Marketing) to oversee progress and ensure successful outcomes-Highly motivated, self-driven individual who takes responsibility and ownership for assigned tasks and projects-Curiosity and courage to challenge the status quo and push technical boundaries in support of Sika's innovation culture-Excellent communication skills and an open mindset that fosters a respectful, collaborative, and enjoyable work environmentAdditional InformationPerks & Benefits401K with generous company match
