$46.50/hour We are seeking a Scientist with a strong wet lab, analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, pharmaceutics, or formulation development background to support research and development activities for advanced drug delivery systems and combination products. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on laboratory work, technical problem-solving, and scientific documentation within a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Plan and perform laboratory experiments related to formulation development, drug delivery systems, and material characterization. Conduct analytical testing using techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, LC/MS, UV-Vis, DSC, TGA, NMR , or similar methods. Evaluate drug stability, solubility, physical properties, and drug-excipient interactions. Analyze experimental data, prepare technical reports, and maintain accurate laboratory documentation. Support method development, validation, release testing, and stability studies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Analytical Sciences. Identify process improvements and contribute to scientific and technical problem-solving initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering , or a related technical field. Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 1 year with a Master's degree. Strong hands-on laboratory experience and technical writing skills. Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, or regulated product development environments preferred. Knowledge of FDA, GMP, GLP, or ISO-regulated environments is a plus.
