40 Opportunity to join a cutting edge biotech organization developing innovative gene therapies that enable precise, durable, and scalable treatments for genetic diseases. We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Associate with 2+ years of experience in cell and gene therapy production or similar biomanufacturing space. The ideal candidate holds a BS degree and has hands-on expertise within both upstream and downstream processing. 6 month contract (potential of becoming permanent) Schedule M-F, 8am-4pm
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain bioreactors for cell culture and gene therapy manufacturing. Perform downstream purification using AKTA chromatography systems. Monitor process parameters and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards. Support batch documentation and data recording. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing workflows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field. Minimum 2 years' experience in upstream and downstream cell/gene therapy or other related manufacturing. Proficiency with bioreactor operation and AKTA chromatography. Strong attention to detail and adherence to GMP guidelines. Effective communication and teamwork skills. #LI-ZW1
