Position Summary The Manufacturing Cell Processing Team Lead provides floor leadership and technical support within a cGMP-regulated cell therapy manufacturing environment. This role supports daily manufacturing operations, production scheduling, troubleshooting, training, and process execution while ensuring compliance with cGMP, GDP, and aseptic processing standards. Candidates should have strong biotech, biologics, or cell therapy manufacturing experience and the ability to train, mentor, and hold teams accountable in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Support cell processing operations including cell culture, harvesting, formulation, and cryopreservation Coordinate daily manufacturing activities and production schedules Perform manufacturing activities in cleanroom environments following cGMP and aseptic practices Troubleshoot process and equipment issues Review batch records and manufacturing documentation for compliance Train and mentor manufacturing personnel on SOPs and cleanroom procedures Support deviation investigations, CAPAs, and process improvements Participate in operational meetings and communicate production updates Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field preferred 4+ years of biotech, biologics, or cell therapy manufacturing experience Previous lead, trainer, or mentoring experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, aseptic processing, and cleanroom operations Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills 10218150 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.
