Biotechnologist II-Cell Therapy Location:
Portsmouth, NH, USA Shift:
12 Hour Rotating/A Shift Days Join Lonza's Cell Therapy Manufacturing team in Portsmouth, NH, where you will help deliver life-changing therapies to patients around the world. What you will do Perform manufacturing operations within cell therapy production areas while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards. Support technical transfer and operational readiness activities for new customer programs. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and cross-functional teams to deliver clinical and commercial products. Train colleagues on new processes, equipment, and manufacturing systems. Author, review, and maintain manufacturing documentation, including batch records, SOPs, and work instructions. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and operational performance. Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with GMP, EHS, and site procedures. What we are looking for High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in biology or a related life sciences field preferred. Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, cell therapy, or a related industry. Knowledge of GMP principles and regulated manufacturing environments preferred. Experience working in a cleanroom environment preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to follow detailed procedures and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to quality, safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
