Duties Develop and formulate new fragrances by combining raw materials with precision and creativity, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market trends Conduct detailed sensory evaluations and stability tests to refine scent profiles and ensure product consistency over time Collaborate closely with marketing, packaging, and production teams to translate creative concepts into tangible fragrance solutions Maintain comprehensive documentation of formulations, testing results, and development processes for regulatory compliance and future reference Stay informed about industry innovations, emerging raw materials, and technological advancements to continually enhance formulation techniques Assist in troubleshooting formulation challenges and optimize existing fragrances for improved performance or cost efficiency Support the training of junior perfumers and team members on technical aspects of fragrance creation Skills Proven expertise in perfumery formulation, with a strong understanding of aromatic raw materials, extraction methods, and blending techniques Exceptional olfactory skills with a keen sense of smell and sensory perception Knowledge of regulatory standards related to fragrance ingredients across different markets Strong analytical skills for testing stability, compatibility, and safety of formulations Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly across multidisciplinary teams Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Passion for innovation within the fragrance industry and a desire to push creative boundaries Join us as a Technical Perfumer and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating memorable scents that inspire and delight consumers worldwide.
