Stay ahead of new materials and application technologies. Troubleshoot product issues and resolve customer complaints. Collaborate closely with technical sales and customers. Provide expert technical support for application challenges. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in formulating epoxy, urethane, or concrete coatings/flooring. Strong technical skills in development, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting. Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred). BS degree in Chemistry (preferred). Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple projects. Your Skill Set Independent, creative, and detail oriented. Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
