In this role, you will be responsible for conducting complex chemical analyses, supporting quality control processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise will contribute to the development and validation of analytical methods, ensuring the integrity and safety of our products. Responsibilities Perform analytical testing using techniques such as: ICPOES, Raman Spectroscopy, UV-Vis, FTIR, XRD, SEM/EDS, XRF, Inert Gas Fusion, LC-MS, SEM/EDS Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods in accordance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) guidelines Conduct wet chemistry procedures including titrations, pH measurements, and sample preparation for various analyses. Maintain accurate laboratory records using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) to ensure data integrity and traceability. Calibrate laboratory instruments such as spectrophotometers regularly to ensure precise measurements. Support R D and Quality initiatives by performing tests on samples. Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards during all laboratory activities. Assist in troubleshooting analytical issues and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Skills Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry principles and laboratory techniques. Experience working within GLP, and CGMP. Proficiency in spectroscopy and microscopy techniques. Skilled in wet chemistry procedures including titrations, calibrations, and sample preparation. Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for data documentation. Ability to operate advanced laboratory instruments such as spectrophotometers and chromatographs accurately. Knowledge of metallurgical testing methods. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality results. Education A bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science & Engineering, or a related field with 2-4 years of experience A master's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science & Engineering, or a related field with 0-2 years of experience Join us as an Analytical Chemist and be part of a passionate team dedicated to advancing scientific excellence!
