Job Description

Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Seeking experience with next generation sequencing and development of sensitive, high-throughput, highly scalable clinical assays.

Requires:
  • Advanced degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related.
  • Expertise with molecular biology, sequencing, and bioinformatics.
  • Direct experience developing, testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, approving, and utilizing next generation sequencing technologies.
  • Experience with Illumina, Roche 454, Ion torrent, or similar DNA sequencing technologies.
  • Experience developing and writing shell scripts to automate NGS (next generation sequencing) tests.
