Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Specialist Quality Control to join their team. As a Specialist Quality Control, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality and safety standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

El Paso, TX What's the Job? Maintain and prepare quality reports to ensure compliance with industry standards. Perform chemical analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, finished goods, and stability products. Maintain and implement efforts in housekeeping, safety programs, and laboratory safety protocols. Operate laboratory equipment such as Gas Chromatography (GC) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) with precision and adherence to procedures. Maintain calibration programs for laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field with hands-on laboratory training. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a pharmaceutical laboratory environment. Experience with
USP, ISO, ASTM
based chemical testing and strict adherence to documented procedures. Knowledge of validation principles for chemical methods, including development and validation of new test methods.
