QC Quality Control Associate Details:
Temporary position $20.00 /hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:30pm) Collect raw material and finished product samples, perform quality testing, and accurately document results. Conduct pre-operation inspections, production floor audits, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. Operate laboratory equipment, review batch records, and assist with product release after qualification.
QC Quality Control Associate Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field preferred. Experience with food quality systems, HACCP/PCQI principles, or quality control in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Must be able to understand safety instructions in English and have basic computer skills for data entry and documentation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work safely in a food manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and as part of a team.
