About the Role We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our Early Phase Clinical Research team in Glendale, California in a fully on-site capacity. In this role, you will support the planning, preparation, execution, and closeout of Phase I-III clinical trials while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, protocol compliance, and data quality. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will partner with investigators, project managers, research associates, nurses, and other operational teams to ensure successful study execution. You will play a critical role in protocol implementation, risk identification and mitigation, and study oversight. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, preparation, execution, and closeout of Phase I-III clinical trials in collaboration with investigators, project managers, and study teams. Review study protocols, informed consent forms, and study materials to ensure operational feasibility and compliance. Manage multiple active studies simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and patient safety standards. Identify protocol or operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues proactively to stakeholders. Coordinate study activities across investigators, research associates, nurses, enrollment teams, project managers, and laboratory personnel. Support the development, setup, and maintenance of ClinBase systems and study-specific documentation. Oversee study data quality, query resolution, protocol deviation assessments, and documentation compliance. Assist with study-specific training and ensure operational teams are prepared to execute protocol requirements. Ensure all clinical trial activities are performed in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and Parexel SOPs. Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment while delivering high-quality results for sponsors and patients. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or related clinical research role. Experience supporting clinical trials and study operations in a regulated environment. Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to prioritize workload, manage competing deadlines, and work effectively within cross-functional teams. Ability to work fully onsite and support weekend study activities when required. Preferred Qualifications Experience within a Contract Research Organization (CRO) environment. Experience supporting Phase I-III clinical trials. Experience with clinical trial databases and electronic data capture systems. The potential base pay range for this role is $28.00 to $36.00 per hour. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors including skills, education, experience, professional achievements, and location.
