Job Description

Geomind Precision Sciences (GPS) is a physician-operated clinical research site conducting outpatient Phase 2 and Phase 3 trials in psychiatry, including major depressive disorder and schizophrenia. Our mission is to search for better treatments for mental illness — through precise science and fundamental respect for every participant. We are an early-stage site with a clear blueprint for steady growth, and we are hiring the team that will help build it.
Role:
To support day-to-day clinical trial operations across our psychiatric studies, working directly with the Principal Investigator. You will be one of the first hires on a small team — your work will shape how the site operates as we grow.
Tasks:
Coordinate and conduct study visits, including close follow-up with participants Maintain accurate source documents and case report forms Enter and manage data across electronic data capture (EDC) systems Take and record vital signs, EKGs, perform phlebotomy Process and ship lab specimens Assist the PI and clinicians during participant evaluations Track participant schedules, manage study supplies, and ensure protocol adherence Communicate with sponsors and their affiliates
Qualifications:
Required Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent), Bachelor's degree, or at least 2 years of clinical trials experience Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Compassion and patience working with the mental health population Preferred Prior clinical research experience, especially in psychiatry or neurosciences Phlebotomy certification Familiarity with EDC platforms and regulatory documentation
