With state-of-the-art facilities and a dedicated team of scientists, we are committed to delivering high-quality data and insights to drive the development of innovative therapies. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an In Vivo Research Associate. Position Overview The In Vivo Research Associate will play a pivotal role in conducting pre-clinical studies in rodents as part of our comprehensive research services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking research projects while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities o Perform In Vivo experiments in rodents, including formulation, dosing, sample collection (blood collection and tissue harvest), and observation, following study protocols and regulatory guidelines. o Responsibilities will include routine husbandry, technical support, and assistance in various in-vivo research projects o Ensure the welfare and humane treatment of research animals by adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for animal care and handling. o Collaborate with study directors and project teams to design and execute pre-clinical studies, contributing to study design, timeline planning, and experimental logistics. o Collect, record, and analyze experimental data accurately and efficiently, maintaining meticulous documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. o Assist in the development and optimization of experimental techniques and protocols to meet project objectives and quality standards. o Communicate study progress, results, and issues effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients through written reports, presentations, and meetings. o Participate in the maintenance and organization of laboratory equipment, supplies, and facilities, ensuring a safe and productive working environment. o Stay informed about advances in the field of In Vivo research, attending relevant training sessions and scientific conferences, and integrating new knowledge into study practices. Qualifications o Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology, pharmacology, veterinary science, or a related field. o Previous experience working with laboratory animals, particularly rodents, in a research or CRO environment is preferred. o Familiarity with pre-clinical study methodologies and techniques, including dosing, blood collection, and necropsy procedures. o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment. o Commitment to upholding high ethical standards in animal research and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., IACUC, AAALAC).
