Clinical Research Coordinator - Neurosurgery / Device Trials Institute of Neuro Innovation Santa Monica, CA Job Details $18 - $25 an hour 4 hours ago Full Job Description The Institute of Neuro Innovation (INI) is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support and manage active clinical studies focused on neurosurgical and spine device innovation. This role is ideal for a candidate with clinical research experience who is looking to take ownership of study execution and work closely with surgeons, patients, and industry sponsors. Key Responsibilities Coordinate clinical research studies from enrollment through follow-up Screen and recruit patients, and manage study visits Ensure protocol adherence and accurate data collection Serve as a point of contact for study sponsors and monitors Maintain regulatory documentation and IRB compliance Prepare for and support monitoring visits and audits Track study activity related to patient visits and milestones Qualifications 1-3+ years of clinical research experience preferred Experience with device trials or surgical studies is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with IRB processes and clinical protocols Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
