Job Description Summary:
Position Responsibilities Serves as the project lead for overseeing the execution of existing disorder studies. This includes meeting milestones, troubleshooting, and collaborating with the physician lead, physician extenders, research staff, and industry or academic sponsors of the trials. Establishes an IRB-approved registry to effectively track patients participating in clinical trials and research initiatives. Co-authors manuscripts for submission to peer-reviewed scientific journals using available resources, and assist in developing concepts into protocols. Supports manuscript preparation and abstract presentations for national and international meetings based on current initiatives and clinical trial findings. Collaborates on developing concepts into protocols to implement best practices. Createsan educational outreach platform in partnership with local healthcare providers and community organizations to raise awareness about current research initiatives and clinical trial opportunities. Participates in tumor boards, attend relevant conferences, and join research and service line meetings as directed by the physician lead. Collaborates with the CRC assigned to the protocols to assist with data entry for the tissue registry. Qualifications License/Registration/Certification Not applicable Education Bachelor's degree in related science. Experience Experience conducting research within a clinical or pre-clinical setting.
